How do I set up Multi-Factor Authentication?

The first time you log into SiteLink after your corporation begins using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), you will need to set up your MFA Authentication Method/s.You will receive an email from Okta directing you to reset your password. 

1. Click Reset Password from the email and enter the username provided in the email. Follow the prompts to enter a new password.


If you have any questions about your login credentials, please contact your Company’s Admin.

2. Click Setup for the MFA method you would like to use and follow the prompts to receive a verification code.

3. Enter the Verification code and click Verify to complete setup. 

If your corporation allows multiple MFA methods, you can set up as many as are available if you would like to. Click Setup as you did in step 2 for any other methods you would like to use.


4. When you are done, click Finish

At future logins, you will be asked to use the method you chose to authenticate yourself. For example, if you chose SMS, you will receive a text message with the verification code on your mobile phone.
