How do I re-print a tenant's receipt?

Follow the instructions below to print a tenant's receipt. 

1. In SiteLink Web Edition, click Company and then Receipts.

2. From the next screen, choose the receipt you want to print from the list. 

Receipts for returns are located in a separate section at the bottom of the screen.

You can also search for the receipt number in the Lookup Receipt # search box or Lookup Return #.

3. Select either Print or E-Mail from the menu on the right side of the screen. Follow the prompts to print or send the receipt to the tenant. Keep in mind, the buttons for return receipts are located in a separate section of the screen.  


If you have selected E-Mail, you can enter a message to go along with the email or choose from a predefined message if you would like.
