June 13, 2024

Credit entry reverts to $0 

We resolved an issue that caused credits entered on a charge to revert to $0 when the charge was partially paid by a refund.

Storable Payments: CC Deposits and Fees filters

We updated the myHub CC Deposits and Fees page to retain any filters you apply after navigating to a transaction.

Verify AVS button
We resolved an issue that caused an error message to be shown when the Verify AVS button was used to check AVS status.

Storable payments: Issue ACH refunds

You can now issue ACH voids and refunds directly from SiteLink myHub Corporate Control Center, rather than issuing the refund via cash or check.

We've improved our email batch processor so that it will run more quickly and reliably.

Overlock tasks

We resolved an issue that prevented past-due tenants from displaying in Overlock Tasks if the overlock setting was manually removed in Ledger Settings.

Overlock event notes

Overlock events will now appear in tenant notes and the Walk Thru report when Overlocked is checked or unchecked in Ledger Settings.

Login speed

We improved data refresh speed to help you log into SiteLink faster.

Update to the User Edit screen in Corporate Control Center
When editing a Corporate Control Center (CCC) user from Corporate Users and Rights > User > Edit, you will now click Change Password before entering a new password. 

Download the latest version of SiteLink for CCC to apply this update and see the new button before attempting to update any passwords.

Payments for future charges

We resolved an issue that prevented payments from being processed for future charges when "All units" was selected and insurance was enabled for the units.
