Follow the steps below to disable/turn off Auto Billing in SiteLink Web Edition

1. From the Operations screen, click Setup at the top of the screen.

2. Click Program Defaults.

3. Click the Batch tab in the top right corner.

4. Uncheck Process Autobills.

5. Click OK at the bottom of the screen to save your changes and disable Auto Billing.

Note: If you do not want tenants to be charged due to a disaster, emergency, etc., ensure managers do not manually run Auto Billing from the Credit Cards screen or the Credit Cards Reminders.
