⚠️ Storable ID is being tested by a small number of customers and is not yet available to all customers.
With Storable ID, you can log into SiteLink by Storable - and eventually, all Storable applications - with a single user account instead of separate logins per app or facility. A new Single Sign On (SSO) dashboard has been created for this purpose and includes Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
Note on SiteLink Web Edition, Corporate Control Center, and MyHub workflows: If a user sets up Storable ID when they log into SiteLink Web Edition, they are prompted to set up Storable ID again when they log into SiteLink Corporate Control Center and/or myHub. At this point, they need to choose they already have a Storable ID and log in, to link the two accounts. The same scenario applies if they initially log into Same if they first log into Corporate Control Center/ myHub then log into SiteLink Web Edition.

Your old SiteLink username will have been replaced with your new Storable ID username. At future logins, your login page will redirect to the Storable ID dashboard and you will log in using your Storable ID username. You will be asked to authenticate yourself using your chosen MFA method. For example, if you chose email, you will receive an email with the verification code.
If you get locked out of your Storable ID login or need help logging in, please contact the administrator of your SiteLink account; this is likely the owner of your facility.
