Different unit rate types are accessible within SiteLink by Storable API, which sends your Web Rates, Standard Rates, Push Rates, and Preferred Rates to integrated 3rd party providers. To create a SiteLink API user, follow these steps:
Note: If you are using a website provider or marketing platform, work with them to ensure they use your preferred rate types.
1. Log into the Sitelink Corporate Control Center and click Setup.
2. Under Websites, Kiosks, and Call Center, click Permissions: API Users and Rights.
3. In the User Manager screen, click Add to add a user. You can also highlight an existing user and click Edit.
4. In the Users screen, configure the API user settings:
- Permitted Sites section (top left): click All Sites or sites the integrator can access.

Permitted Rights section (top right): select the API access level required. There are 4 API access levels:
- API Aggregator allows for retrieving only facility and unit information and can only push in reservations.
- API Regular allows full access to the Transaction API.
- API Full Reporting allows for access to all reports.
- API Insurance Reporting allows access to Insurance reports.
- In the bottom section fill out the username and password, then click OK to save the user settings.
- Provide the API user with their updated settings, including username and password.
Note: You cannot pick and choose the API methods for access at this time.
