Store Information

SiteLink allows you to easily update your store information, including:

  • Contact information
  • Business hours
  • Store location
  • Website information
  • Website - Store attributes

This information helps your tenants receive accurate, up-to-date information about your facility. To modify your store information, follow these steps.

  1. From the Site Setup screen, click Store Information in SiteLink Web Edition.

  1. In the Store Information pop-up screen, update your information accordingly.

      • Contact Information: Update your store name, address, contact information, email address, etc.
      • Website information: Update your store’s website address, driving directions, location description, and whether online payments are supported.
      • Business hours: Update your store’s operating hours. You can choose the start and end times for weekdays and weekends and indicate if your store is closed on any days. Note: if any closed days checkboxes are selected (Closed Weekdays, Closed Saturday, or Closed Sunday), these days are unavailable for move-in on Storable Websites. 
      • Store location: You can update the Latitude and Longitude coordinates if your store has moved
      • Website - Store attributes: Click this option to update website-specific information associated with your store.  
          • Click Store Attribute Setup.

            • Click Edit Unit Attributes to determine if these attributes apply to your store. For example, if your facility accommodates automobiles, click Edit Store Attribute and update this information. 

            • Click the Used at this site option.

            • Unit Attribute is updated.

 

      • Click Edit Store Attributes to modify store-specific attributes.

          • Update the description, check Used at this site, and click OK.

          • Store Attribute with updated information.
