Please note: Changes made on the Charges screen will be applied to future tenants. If you need to update your current tenants' fees, please read our article about editing current tenant's fees.
SiteLink offers 5 Late Fees that you can customize. Late Fees are added automatically overnight without manually processing a past due event. Late fees can be set up as a fixed amount or a percent of the tenant's rent. To set up a late fee as a percent, check the box labeled Late Fee is a percent of rent and enter the percent and minimum late fee if desired.
If your late fees should conform to the California Late Fee Schedule navigate to your Program Defaults, select the Late Fees tab, and click the Late fees conform to the California Late Fee Schedule radio button.
