How do I activate Storable Payments within SiteLink?

⚠️ This article is intended for SiteLink clients who have signed up for Storable Payments as their payment processor. We are constantly adding new features and bug fixes to Storable Payments, so be sure to run SiteLink Web Edition updates whenever they are available.

 

Once you have submitted your information and your Merchant account is approved, you will receive an email from merchantsupport@sitelink.com with instructions for how to activate Storable Payments. Click the link from that email or log into the SiteLink myHub Corporate Control Center. 

1. Navigate to Payments.
2. Select Bank Information.

3. You will see an Activate button in the Status column for any sites that have been approved. Click Activate to set Storable Payments as your payment processor. 

 

Note: Please verify that the legal business name and the name of your bank we have on file listed under the Bank Name column is correct. If this information is not listed correctly, please reach out to our Sales Team at paymentsupgrades@sitelink.com or (833)345-0225.

 

That’s it! Storable Payments is set as your payment processor. You should see a popup message with a link to additional documentation relevant to Storable Payments
