Storable Access Control: How do I make changes to a tenant's access?

Follow the instructions below to change an Accessor’s access code, revoke access, or update their access zone from either SiteLink Web Edition or SiteLink myHub.

SiteLink Web Edition

1. Navigate to Access from the Operations page in SiteLink Web Edition.

2. You can make changes to a tenant's access settings from either the Accessor tab or the Activity tab.

From the Accessor tab, click on a tenant name to expand a side bar.

From the Activity tab, click the date of an activity to open the side bar.

3. To update the tenant's access code, enter a new code in the Access Code field. Gate codes must be 4-10 numeric characters only.

Toggle Revoke Access to revoke or reinstate access.

You can also change their lockout settings, grant 24 hour override hours, or manually assign access zones if you would like to.
