How do I grant 24 hour access to individual accessors?

By default, accessors are granted access to your facility based on your access hour and access zone settings. If you would like to grant tenants or non-tenants access to your facility outside of your standard hours, you can set Override Hours for individual accessors. Please note: 24 hour access for all access zones is the only option available currently. 

At move-in

To grant 24 hour access for a particular tenant during the move-in process, select 24 Hours from the Override Hours dropdown menu of the Access Settings screen. . 

After move-in

You can add or remove 24 hour access after a tenant has moved in from the Accessors page in either  SiteLink Web Edition or SiteLink myHub. Click the accessor’s name to open the sidebar. To grant 24 hour access, select 24 Hours from the Override Hours dropdown menu and click Save. 

If you previously granted an Accessor Override Hours and wish to remove that permission, select None from the Override Hours dropdown menu and click Save.
