Overview
SSO is your central login credential across all Storable products and services. It provides a secure, single sign-on experience for administrators and facility managers to manage users, control access, and maintain compliance within the Storable ecosystem.
For more in-depth instructions, this guide walks you through setup, user management, and troubleshooting to help you get started quickly.
Important: Once SSO is enabled for your organization, it applies to all facilities under your account and cannot be turned off. Before enabling, notify your organization to ensure a smooth rollout.

Next steps
Direct Users to Log In: Do not manually add existing users to the SSO Portal. Instead, have them log in to their software normally; they will be prompted to create their own SSO accounts.
User Access Audit: Once users have migrated, log in to portal.storable.io to audit permissions and ensure everyone has the correct Access Profiles.
Ongoing Management: Moving forward, you will add, delete, or deactivate users in the Storable SSO Portal, while continuing to manage specific software permissions (roles) within Edge, SiteLink, or Easy. To learn more: SSO: User Management
