Maximum Rental Rate
We’re introducing a new keyword that allows you to display a maximum rent amount on your lease forms. This feature can be used by operators who want to provide additional transparency to their tenants' lease forms. SSO Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Challenge Frequency
Sitelink Administrators now have more flexibility with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) challenges. The MFA challenge frequency was previously locked at 14 days. New options include 7, 14 (default), 30, or 90 days. Learn more in our User & Account Management help article.

myHub & eSign Bug Fixes
We’ve made general improvements to your SiteLink experience. This includes a pair of bug fixes – one to resolve a date of birth entry error in myHub, and another to address a myHub footer obstructing an eSign button. Both functions now work as expected.

Optimized Batch Email for Compliance
We’ve upgraded the SiteLink batch email processor to better help you comply with federal and local regulations. As a result of recent changes to consumer protection laws, communications regarding debt collection, including invoicing, should only take place during normal business hours. To help you comply with this regulation, automated emails will now only be sent between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET, instead of overnight. This time frame ensures tenants in all U.S. time zones won't receive billing emails from SiteLink outside of business hours.

eSign Text Fix
We addressed an issue that caused some eSign text to appear smaller than normal for signed & completed documents. The text now displays as normal size. This update is valid for new leases; those completed before July 18th will not be retroactively fixed.

Various bug fixes
We ensured the download button in the myHub eFiles portal works correctly, and we also fixed an issue that prevented changes from being saved to the unit status (e.g., Rentable Yes/No) through the MyHub Walkthrough page under the Reporting section.
Additionally, we addressed an issue that failed to delete discount plans after removal, and also fixed an issue that prevented Daily Deposit reports from being emailed to customers.

SMS Multi-Factor Authentication for SSO
We’ve added SMS (text message) as a SSO Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method. If you’re a SSO administrator, you can enable this option in your SSO settings.
Once enabled, SSO users will be able to configure SMS authentication and receive a text message for MFA verification if they choose.
Multi-Factor Authentication challenge frequency for SSO
In order to simplify and standardize the MFA challenge frequency, we’ve set MFA challenges to occur every 14 days. This will no longer be a configurable setting in the SSO portal.
Various Bug Fixes
We resolved several issues and bugs to improve your SiteLink experience, including an error that caused Autobill to be populated with incorrect information and a bug that prevented customers from receiving emails related to scheduled reports. Additionally, we added a Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF) warning in MyHub to help you avoid inaccurate Accounts Receivable balances. Finally, we added a temporary warning message in MyHub to address payment screen ledger inconsistencies.

Storable Insurance Enhanced Proof Requirements – Move-In Flow Enhancements
We’re improving the tenant move-in process with enhanced proof of insurance functions for operators using Storable Insurance and Auto-Protect. Now, tenants can use the link in their automated Auto-Protect emails to submit their required insurance declarations page. This ensures their coverage is valid, verifiable, and complete. Note: After moving in, you can still add a tenant’s insurance details in the Tenant Profile.

Default Log-Out Idle Time
We’ve increased the session timeout limit for SiteLink users from 15 to 300 minutes. This change applies to both SSO and non-SSO users. SSO users previously had a 15-minute timeout limit.
Closed Days in SiteLink Reflected in Storable Websites
Closed dates are now synchronized between Websites and SiteLink. Shoppers cannot select a move-in date if the facility is closed that day. Closed days are configurable in SiteLink's Store Information settings.

Chargeback Management Portal Update
You can now dispute chargebacks directly within Sitelink using the "Chargeback" menu item without contacting support. This includes the ability to upload support documentation and track the status of chargebacks. This upgrade provides a much simpler, intuitive reporting experience with a redesigned user interface. eSign Bug Fixes
We resolved an issue that obstructed eSign buttons on small screens. Previously, the myHub footer covered up the eSign button. With this fix, the myHub footer and eSign buttons are visible to the user, regardless of screen size. We also resolved an issue that caused some eSign documents to show obstructed, overlaid radio buttons. Now, the radio buttons are clearly visible on the documents.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
If you’re a Corporate Administrator for your SiteLink by Storable software, you can now upgrade your user logins for enhanced security using SSO with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Registering your organization for SSO is optional but recommended for improved security and PCI compliance.
Please read our pre-configuration guide for important instructions and a video walkthrough before enabling SSO. Once an Admin enables SSO, it will apply to all facilities and users on your account, and you will not be able to revert to standard login.

E-sign consent checkbox
We added a consent checkbox to the e-sign signature modal to comply with the E-Sign Act. Tenants and managers must check I agree to use electronic records and signatures before clicking the “Adopt and Sign” button and signing their documents. The signer should click the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure link for more information.

Login Issue Fix
We updated the login experience based on user feedback. Now, the cursor automatically focuses on the Password field, and pressing Enter will work to move between fields and log users in.
