Use batch editing in SiteLink Web Edition to quickly update both standard and max rental rates across unit types.
Quick Start
1. Open Setup and go to Units & Tenants.
2. Select Modify Units and choose Batch Edit Standard Rates.
3. Enter new values in New Standard Rate or New Max Rate.

From the main screen, select Setup.

Select Units & Tenants.

Select Modify Units.

On the right side of the screen, select Batch Edit Standard Rates.
On the Edit Standard Rate screen, enter the updated amount in the New Standard Rate field for each unit type you want to change.
Note: In this example, the rate for a 5x5 self-storage unit changes from $40.00 per month to $45.00 per month. Updating the new standard rate does not change rates for units that are currently rented. It only affects units that have not yet been rented to new tenants.
Enter the updated amount in the New Max Rate field for each unit type you want to change.
Note: If you set the max rental rate higher than the standard rate, you will receive the following message. Ensure the max rental rate is greater than the standard rate to proceed.
Select OK to save your changes. When prompted to modify the unit groups, select Yes.
Verify that the updated values appear in the Standard Unit Rate or Max Unit Rate field.
