Aug 18 | Sitelink software refresh Improved— We've updated Sitelink with a cleaner, more polished design. This refresh includes an updated color palette with high-contrast icon colors and improved font visibility. Because this is a purely visual enhancement, there is zero disruption to your daily workflows, features, or functions. You can toggle back to the Classic Theme at any time with no restart required. Aug 18 | 💡 Card Swipe Payments New myHub— If your facility uses a magnetic stripe USB card reader, myHub now allows you to process payments without manually entering card details. Simply swipe the payment card, and the card number and expiration date automatically populate the payment screen. Learn more.
Aug 4 | 💡 NSF payment reversals in myHubNew myHub — The Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) payment reversal process, already available in SiteLink, is now accessible in myHub. Processing NSF payments in myHub helps you resolve returned payments faster and keep account balances up to date. Once processed, you can instantly email, print, or export the result, keeping tenant ledgers accurate with fewer manual steps. Learn more.

July 21 | 💡 CRM Events in myHub New myHub— CRM Events in myHub allows you to process tenant communication in the background while continuing your day-to-day tasks. You can view, filter, select, process, manage, and audit CRM events (tenant communications: email, print, mail service) all within MyHub. Learn more.

June 23 | Expanded recurring charge options improved— You can create up to 13 recurring charges per tenant. Previously, eight recurring charges were available. Recurring charges can be applied to any tenant who would like their expenses billed monthly (e.g., water, electricity, etc.). Learn more.

May 18 | 💡 Tasks & Letters in myHub New myHub— You'll find the same configuration settings and tenant data you rely on in SiteLink Web Edition, with a few notable improvements. In myHub, notices are processed in the background, so you can keep working while communications are sent. No more waiting for large batches to finish. May 12 | Notes History Update Improved— We’ve updated the Notes History report to display when emails to your tenant are actually sent. Previously, the Notes History showed the date and time when emails were queued in SiteLink.
May 12 |💡 Batch Editing Max Rental Rate improved — We’ve enabled batch editing for Max Rental Rates. This feature works similarly to the batch edit process for Standard Rates and helps you save time with accurate, rapid rate adjustments across multiple units. Learn more

March 4 | Permitted Access Profiles newSSO— To help ensure your Storable Portal experience remains secure and compliant, we’ve introduced Permitted Access Profiles. Available under the Access Profiles tab, Permitted Access ensures users can only create new users and manage existing users with privileges equal to or lower than their own.

Jan 28 | Filter Transactions page by multiple statuses improvedStorable Payments— You can now filter the Transactions page by multiple statuses simultaneously. Select as many statuses as you like from the Status dropdown menu to view transactions with those selected statuses. Learn more.
Jan 6 | Print Button on Lend and Lease Screen improvedmyHub— We’ve added a print option in myHub on the Lend to Lease screen, in the Follow-up & Reminders tab. You can print or preview configured follow-ups or reminders, as well as the reservation confirmation letter, before sharing them with your tenant.
Jan 6 | Location ID & Facility Name Included on Automated Robocall Notifications improved— We’re including the location ID or facility name for automated robocall notifications. This is particularly helpful if you’re managing multiple facilities, as it enables you to identify which facility a new lead belongs to without requiring manual lookup.
Jan 6 | General Journal Entries: Compatibility for QuickBooks Online Users improved— If you use the desktop version of QuickBooks, you can export General Journal Entries in a format compatible with QuickBooks Online. Learn more.
