The new Storable Websites Units Table is being rolled out to customers in waves. Your units table and settings may not yet match the experience shown in this article.
Follow the instructions below to edit your Inventory settings that impact the Units Table on your website.
To edit Inventory settings, you'll need the following permissions:
Website Settings Permissions: Users with access to modify overall website settings can access inventory settings for the unit table.
To edit your Inventory settings, log in to your website admin portal.
Navigate to the Settings page
Click on the Inventory tab.
Select the facilities you want to edit using the checkboxes. If you want to edit all facilities at once, select the checkbox next to the Facility Name header in the locations table. You can search for facilities using the search box on the right-hand side of the screen.
If you make a change and then try to navigate away from that screen before saving, you will see a pop-up letting you know you have unsaved changes, with options to either keep editing or discard those changes and navigate away from the page where they were made.
Inventory Display
Move-Ins
If this setting is enabled, tenants can start a move-in from the Units Table. After the reservation form is completed, tenants will be directed to your Online Move-In flow.
Online Move-Ins must be enabled in your software before they can be enabled in your website settings. If they are not enabled in your software, you will not be able to enable the Move-Ins setting in the website admin. You can find instructions to enable Online Move-ins in our articles below:

Disable Online Reservations
If this setting is disabled, online reservations will be allowed. If the toggle is on, Online Reservations will be disabled.
Display Unit Count
If enabled, a scarcity callout will be displayed on the unit group. The default message is "Hurry up, only X left". The associated threshold setting determines the unit count shown (X) and when the message is displayed.
Show Unavailable Units
If enabled, unavailable units will be shown on the units table (excluding units excluded from the API).
There is a Disclaimer Text field that will be displayed in the scarcity callout section for these units. If left blank, this text will not be shown.
The action button on the unit group (or tier) will default to ‘Call for Availability’.
Show Call / Waiting List Button
If enabled, units will default to show either a Call button or a Waitlist button. There is an inventory threshold setting that determines when this button is shown based on whether the unit group is equal to or less than this threshold value.
Hide Pricing / Display Call
If enabled, this will hide the Reserve and Move-In options, as well as the pricing for all unit groups at the selected facility.
Quick Filters
On the Units Table, units can be filtered by the following configurable parameters. There is a toggle to enable/disable each section of filters per facility or globally.
Unit Size
Defaults to:
Small: 0 -133 sqft
Medium: 134-266 sqft
Large: 267-400 sqft
Unit Type
Check or uncheck unit types to show or hide them from the filtering page.
Price
There are three price filter types you can choose from that will use the default prices of units shown per facility and can be modified.

Reservations
Disclaimer Text - This customizable text field will be shown on the reservation interface above the form fields.
The Disclaimer Text defaults to: 'After completing this registration, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment at our facility to finish the rental process and receive security codes to access your new storage unit.'
Confirmation Text - This customizable field will appear on the reservation confirmation page.
The confirmation text defaults to ‘Please show this reservation when you come in. A copy has been emailed to you. Please note that online reservations cannot be guaranteed until availability has been confirmed by the facility.’
Rental Promotions
Use Promotion Modified Pricing - If enabled, this will display strikethrough pricing for any unit groups where promotions are displayed.
Display Public Description - If enabled, this will show the promotion’s description in the promo banner for any unit groups that display promotions.
Inventory Images
You can manage up to five images to display on the card for that unit group. Images can be selected from your image library or uploaded. The default image cannot be removed, but you can hide it by clicking the eye icon.
Amenities
You can edit the text and icon shown for each amenity. Some amenities may not have an icon assigned by default. Icons can be updated by clicking the icon button or by hiding them with the toggle on the right-hand side.
