To comply with credit card security standards, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”), SiteLink by Storable requires strong passwords, security lockout periods for invalid password login attempts, and password rotation every 90 days.
Passwords must meet the following requirements:
Must be between 7 and 20 characters
Must contain at least 1 number
Must contain at least 1 letter
Must contain at least 1 special character, such as: ! $ & @ #, but excluding + - \ / ' "
SiteLink will prompt you to enter a new password when a password change is required.

You will see a Password Change Required screen when logging in. If you have access to multiple locations, you can check a box to change your password at all locations. |
