Digital Wallet Payments

SitelinkStorable Payments

Digital Wallet payments are available to customers using Storable Payments powered by Stripe. Your payment options may not include Digital Wallet at this time.

Digital Wallet (Apple Pay and Google Pay) payments are supported on the Sitelink Web Template, Storable Websites, and the Storable Online Move-In experience with Storable Payments.

Enable Digital Wallet payments

You must first enable digital wallet payments in Sitelink before the option will be available to customers.

  1. In SiteLink Web Edition, navigate to the Site Setup page, and click Program Defaults.

  1. Select the Payments tab.

  2. Check the box labeled Enable digital wallet payments on supported website experiences.

  3. Click OK.


The tenant experience

Once Digital Wallet payments are enabled, customers will see Google Pay or Apple Pay as a payment option. See the online Digital Wallet payment experience for customers reserving or moving in through the Web Template below:

  1. When making a payment, the customer will see available payment methods, including Digital Wallet.

If you charge a surcharge fee, it will be applied to the total due and shown to the customer before they complete the payment.

  1. They will see available digital wallet payment types (Apple Pay and/or Google Pay).

Customers will only see the payment buttons that match their device and browser. Apple Pay requires a Safari browser on a Mac or iPhone. Google Pay requires a compatible browser, such as Chrome. Both buttons will show up side by side if the customer uses a Mac browser in the United States


  1. The customer will select their desired payment method and click Pay Now to submit the payment.

  1. The customer will complete the payment by verifying their identity using Touch ID, Face ID, etc., depending on their device.

  1. They will see a success message if the payment is approved.
