Process CRM Events in myHub

Sitelink

CRM Events in myHub allows you to process tenant communication in the background while continuing your day-to-day tasks.

Quick Start

  1. Open myHub and click CRM Events, or use reminders to navigate directly to the event that needs attention.

  2. Select one or more events and choose Process.

  3. Preview the communication, confirm the delivery method, and submit.

  4. Communications process in the background and alert you once finished.

💡 Helpful Tips

  • You can process CRM events individually or in bulk.

  • If an event was processed incorrectly, your team may be able to review the processed tasks and reverse or reprocess them, depending on your permissions and configuration.

  • If you work across multiple locations, use Site Switching in myHub to move between sites without logging out.

  1. In myHub, open CRM Events from the navigation menu. You can also use reminders to navigate directly to the event that needs attention.

  2. Select CRM with Letters or CRM without Letters

  • CRM with Letters contains events with a letter/communication configured (e.g., an exit survey email, a birthday greeting, a move-in welcome kit). When processed, a letter/email/SMS is sent to the tenant.

  • CRM without letters contains events with no letter attached. They still appear as actionable items, but processing them doesn't send a communication.

  1. You can select a task from the list on the left. They are grouped in the following order:

    1. CRM with Letters

    2. CRM without Letters

  2. The Active List tab shows tenants who are ready to be processed for a given CRM event (i.e., they meet the trigger criteria and haven't been processed yet).

  3. Click on the Reverse Activity tab to see any activity that has already been processed. There, you can click Reverse to move any item back to the Active List.

  1. Select one event or multiple tenants, depending on whether you want to process items individually or in bulk.

  2. Click Process to begin the communication workflow.

The Active List tab also includes additional information related to your notifications in the lower-left portion of the screen. In this case, the communications are triggered at 0 days past due, and the Letter template is Tenant Anniversary Thank You.

Delivery Mode options in black are available for sending, while those in red are not. From left to right, delivery modes are:

  • Print – Print letter

  • Email – Email notice

  • SMS – Text message / SMS notice

  • Mail Service – Physical mail service deliver

  1. Click Yes on the confirmation pop-up to see a communications preview.

  1. Review the preview and verify the delivery method for the selected tenants, then click Process.

In myHub, your communications run in the background. You'll be alerted once they finish.

  1. Click Print Letters to print a copy of what you sent for your records. Click View Summary to review the results. This will allow you to confirm which events were processed successfully and note any warnings or failed items that need follow-up.
