Corporate Control Center Surcharging

We’ve expanded our Surcharging feature. Now, when you have Surcharging enabled, payments taken in Corporate Control Center will include the surcharge fee on eligible credit cards. Agent Assist updates

If you use Agent Assist on your website, you can now customize the chatbot greeting and the flyer image shown above the chatbot icon. The flyer will now also be shown on mobile devices.

Permitted Access Profiles

To help ensure your Storable Portal experience remains secure and compliant, we’ve introduced Permitted Access Profiles. Available under the Access Profiles tab, Permitted Access ensures users can only create new users and manage existing users with privileges equal to or lower than their own.

Agent Assist Promo Banner

You can now display a scrolling promotional message at the top of the Agent Assist chatbot window to highlight a promotion you’re offering and encourage customers to complete their reservations and move-ins.

Discount Plan Expiration Date

Display the expiration date of discount plans on your tenants’ leases. This ensures better transparency with tenant communications.

Example entry of this keyword in the lease agreement form:

Steps for the customer to add this information to the tenant lease:

  1. Log in to SiteLink Web Edition.

  2. Navigate to Setup > Form Setup.

  3. Select your Lease and click Edit.

  4. In the form editor, click into the area where you discuss rent or discounts and insert the following keyword: <Tenant.DiscountPlanAtMoveInExpirationDate>

  5. Click Save.

Simplify Your Storable Platform Login

We’ve made it easier than ever to log in and access the Storable platform. Now, your organization can use your existing company login credentials (Google, Microsoft, Okta, and others) and identity provider to access Edge.

By using your own login system, you’ll enjoy a simplified login process and streamlined, centralized control, as Storable access is managed from your corporate settings. When your employees are offboarded from your directory, they are automatically removed from Storable.

Filter Transactions page by multiple statuses (Storable Payments)

You can now filter the Transactions page by multiple statuses simultaneously. Select as many statuses as you like from the Status dropdown menu to view transactions with those selected statuses.

Print Button on Lend and Lease Screen

We’ve added a print option in myHub on the Lend to Lease screen, in the Follow-up & Reminders tab. You can print or preview configured follow-ups or reminders, as well as the reservation confirmation letter, before sharing them with your tenant.

Location ID & Facility Name Included on Automated Robocall Notifications

We’re including the location ID or facility name for automated robocall notifications. This is particularly helpful if you’re managing multiple facilities, as it enables you to identify which facility a new lead belongs to without requiring manual lookup.

General Journal Entries: Compatibility for QuickBooks Online Users

If you use the desktop version of QuickBooks, you can export General Journal Entries in a format compatible with QuickBooks Online. Learn more in our Sitelink Reports Overview help article.
