How do I access the software in incognito (anonymous) mode?

If your browser is in Incognito (anonymous) mode, you must allow third-party cookies for SSO to function properly.

Chrome browser instructions

Click the 3-dot menu button at the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.

Click Settings.

Click Privacy and Security.

Click Third-party cookies.

Turn on Allow third-party cookies.


Redirected to a blank SSO portal page

When logging into the Storable SSO Dashboard, you may occasionally be redirected to a page that looks like this:

If you see the above page, please close the tab. You can then go directly to the application you want to access and log in.

If you are attempting to access the Storable SSO Dashboard, you can do so by going directly to https://portal.storable.io/.
